I mean they certainly could embrace this sort of thing and PS2 can turn into a gary's mod/roblox abomination. Based on these conversations I'm beginning to think it is a deeper insight than just conversation contents. For instance, older accounts like yours and mine might have a better reputation and the AI can reasonably look at its history and memories and understand that your usage makes sense and isn't abuse.
