Exactly the whole point of armor and it's tiers/ weapon tiers is to give an advantage in usability and leathal potential without making you have to have that gear to compete with the other people that are further along or just starting out. A person in their first match could kill a top tier has every t4 and a max late level gun with just a handgun if they are good enough. Everything has advantages and disadvantages to using without making you rely on it to go against someone else. Playstyle and communication mater most as if your team isn't communicating then 90 percent of the time you are guaranteed to lose that match no mater how well equipped your team is

When no reason is specified its ussualy because the ai thinks its an underage account. you need to join their support website and make an age verification ticket. this started happening a lot when they rolled out id verification and the ai went off the deep end for anyone not verified lately

Recently got on at a warehouse on Sunday to Monday on second round of interviews for ford dealership with availabilityas Tuesdayto Friday. Seems like some places are willing to work with you if you only work weekends plus one other day. Hope i nail the second interview and get on there. Plan to receive train and get into a career or training l enjoy. If you find the right jobs you can do it just have to find one that covers weekends and potentially one extra day such as Monday or Friday.
