Yes. And it’s roughly 1 tonne per passenger for the trip.

bbibber

So nearly 95 tonnes for the flight for 100 passengers is about a tonne per passenger or between 1200 to 1700 dollar depending o load factor. How is that off?

bbibber

I need to try that. So I just give my scout the follow deer command when it is behind it and then it will push it continuously in the right direction towards the tc? What if there is an obstacle like a tree or gold tiles?

bbibber

That’s not a good way to game the ELO system : if the opponents team has two insta resigns more often than not your team will have dedicated teammates that will take the (easy) fight for the win. When you yourself resign and your remaining teammates win you do get the ELO associated with a win.

Claude estimates fuel costs in current prices for a Paris New York one way to be between 1200 and 1700 dollars. That’s a lot but not excessive for crossing the Atlantic less than half the time of a normal flight. I think there would be a market today.

Can you explain this more ?

bbibber

I am already playing AoE2 for over 25 years.

bbibber

In een huis van 500m2. Nah.

Zeker dat je verwarming wil op de slaapkamers? Ik zou daar gewoon voor een airco kiezen en geen centrale verwarming. Je zal daar meer plezier aan beleven dan omgekeerd.

As long as we are entertaining fascist ideas, is the government targeting this incentive to certain social groups with specific racial and cultural backgrounds? Or just the general population?

bbibber

Once a year in October. You missed it this time around!

bbibber

bbibber

Yes I know. It’s the first thing they tell you on any cave tour. They are very proud about this, rightfully so.

bbibber

Turned 50 and I slowed down less with age than the age graded limit. Don’t consider it a real BQ but technically I guess it is.

Kissinger was a kind of Putin himself kept in check by the American democratic system. Witkoff is too dumb to be even that.

bbibber

If you have only played 25 games, it’s entirely possible that your ELO doesn’t reflect your capabilities and that you are in fact not playing people at your level.

Strawberries are also allowed.

bbibber

Right. Now sure why i wrote renaissance 😂

Please add Mayer van den Bergh to the list of things to do. It’s a crime against Antwerp not to. Most museums would trade their whole collection against just their Dulle Griet. To me the museum is too often overlooked.

Antwerp is on the high speed train line to Amsterdam. Book directly on Eurostar.com. I would suggest a first class ticket (Eurostar plus is the sweet spot for me but if you are on a holiday and have the budget Premier adds drinks and food on board as well as lounge access which might be helpful for a more comfortable wait)

With Eurostar even a day trip to Paris is doable. It’s a two hour train ride so you can leave 8.30 and be in Paris at 11 and come back 19.30 and be in your hotel room by ten leaving just enough time for a visit to musee d’Orsay museum for example with an incredible collection. It’s a long day but the train ride is very comfortable with spacious seats especially in the premier class.

Both are doable as a day trip and obviously have plenty to offer in terms of culture. Once at Gare du Nord (Paris station) or Central Station (Amsterdam) there a plenty of good public transport options as well.

Within Belgium I would also add a day trip to Leuven. It’s a historical university town with a few nice museums like M museum. Also don’t miss the last supper by Dirk Bouts in the St Pieters church. From the station to the center is about half a mile walk but there are also busses. Once in the centre everything is at most a few hundred meters away. Unfortunately the world renowned renaissance town hall is under renovation. The exterior alone is worth a trip to Leuven but currntly under scaffolds. Also take time to visit the central library which was rebuild after World War I with American fundraising and material help. Purchase a ticket to go inside to see the reading room. You can also walk up the grand stairs and even up to the bell tower which is fantastic but the last stairs might be challenging for persons with reduced mobility. There is a small exhibition on every floor so see how far you get.

In Rotterdam be sure NOT TO MISS museum Boijmans van Beuningen! Perhaps leave on your return to Rotterdam so you have a full whole day there.

In Antwerp my favourite by far is Mayer van den Bergh museum. Plantin Moretus also fantastic. Red star line museum about migration to the USA might also be of interest.

Without looking at the numbers there is no way to decide if 36k is correct compensation or not. It’s pretty easy to make a scenario where that’s the case. (250k house purchased 5 year ago with no equity and you are pretty much there already).

bbibber

Klopt.
