Double check the streaming settings of whatever app you are using. Odds are they default to something different. Steam VR, Meta Link, and even virtual desktop get updates constantly and odds are one of them is off somewhere.

Any new install double check you have all of your drivers up todate like the chipset drivers. (AMD in particular need an extra piece to make x3d run smoothly.) Also want to disable any game overlays. Xbox Game bar in windows, discord overlay. Nvidia and AMD also have on if you've downloaded their full kit instead of just your graphics drivers.

Yes more of less. I got a similar spec build around $2500. vaguely where I would be at assuming deals or rebates etc at local retails. MicroCenter and other places often runs sales if you are patient or lucky

Those specs are gonna be above that budget. RAM is insane and that GPU in particular would be half of it.

Sure is a nice convenient excuse but im not sure I buy it. This game isn't the right genre, platform, or frankly popularity level of something that most would want to reverse engineer a clone or port.

Best advice is practice obviously but next and often ignore is to definitely take it slow. Repetitive actions can cause damage so if something is sore, give it time to heal.

Try to use more wrist motion then full arm motions. You can safely hit 95% of notes from stationary position with your arms at t-rex pose so don't strain yourself too badly reaching when you don't have to.

You are better then I was after just a few hours of playing so definitely trending in the right direction.

Check your adapter or your cables. Despite being the same shape not all usb-c cables are the same speeds. Particularly cheaper Amazon or Chinese cables can be a big fault point for pcvr

Out of those 77 DLC, there are only 26 of them that are paid heists as something that would add to the achievement count. More then 40 sets would be nice but it is not remotely necessary.

By DLC instead of by heist would work. If you lump the base game together there are only like 20 ish paid DLC heists.

Unless they want to set for literally every heist, how would they need more then 40? 

Unlike Epic, in the settings for Steam you can turn that pop up launch ad reel off as well as change the default page to your library instead of the store front

If you have a local game store that regularly runs final fantasy it might be a good option however that is exceptionally rare. 

The mtg set is surprisingly well received and balanced as far as magic crossover sets go. Magic also has the benefit of a ton of community events and supports so youd be much more likely to find people to play with. 

To those not familiar sea of stars is 2d pixel art indie game, heavily inspired by snes era jrpgs like chrono trigger, and it pretty freaking fantastic

There isnt anything offensively bad about it but my the same coin there is nothing memorable or redeemable outside of its visuals. 

It obviously looks stunning and cost a lot to make but maybe a little shouldve been diverted to writing an original engaging story.

it varies wildly. Its not uncommon to spoof location and cards to get a cheaper price in pursuit of number go up. The streamer gets roughly half of whatever they pay after twitch takes their cut. Even still that is a substantial chunk of change to get monthly before considering the donations, bits, and sponsors.

Yeah with BS manager for pcvr/steam you dont have to just base game or just modded installs. You can have both and just launch which ever you want.

Id question anyone dropping $1000 if they already have a quest 3. Specs trade back and forth slight edge to steams frame but definitely not $400-600 difference imo. The back battery thing makes comfort looks better for sure but idk yet

$1000 + when its nearest competitor is almost half that price is an absurd ask. I get it does a lot the quest can not do but I dont think that is nearly enough difference to justify the price difference to your entry level VR consumer.

If you're comparison without being like side by side in a store maybe yes. There is a very perceivable difference but the vast majority of people wont care still as long as it is good enough

Its not an issue, it has never been an issue, it is literally unconstitutional for the federal government to do anything even if it was an issue. We have literally thousands of local commissions and boards to sort election problems out. Actual attempts at mail in voter fraud are rounding error in favor of zero. consistent of people sending in a dead relatives ballot or whatever, not some mass scam the post office could do fuck all about it. The fact we know its not perfect proves they are doing their job and stopping what little fraud they are finding.

Vote by mail is secure enough for the president, his family, most of the white office, most of congress, most of our military service members, and has been repeatedly verifiably proven safe and reliable for literal decades.
