Yeah no shit. I'm 5'11", 180 lbs. (180cm, 84kg), lift weights twice a week, cycle, run, or something else active 3 or more days a week, eat a low meat diet, don't smoke, and have a couple drinks a week. But by my BMI I'm "overweight." It's such a useless and arbitrary proxy that it should be a crime to use it as a factor in any assessment of someone's health.
