Yeah, this was the first time I tried re-feeding it. Later, the problem did resolve itself, except for the one ox I overfed. I'm still locked out of picking that one up for a whole day.

Another update: today one of my oxen grew fully, with 0:00 food time left and 0:00 time needed left to grow, and I could not pick it up. https://i.gyazo.com/48e5e2f6f4e72bf0946b5dd6d664fbe2.png

Hopefully this will resolve itself, but honestly it feels kinda shitty to be affected by this bug. If this ox doesn't fix itself, I've outright wasted 120 hours, 2,175 crafting focus, and 165,000 silver in crops, while being deprived of ~210,000 silver. I can only imagine how someone might feel if one wasn't paying attention (and wasn't assuming that things that should be working weren't working) and picked up a full pasture of animals.

UPDATE to the update: I relogged real quick to see if it would fix the issue, and it ended up just makings things doubly fucked. When I came to the plot, there were TWO ox calves in that plot. All the progress on the animal was lost, except its nurture progress. It's obscured a little, but you can see that there are two ox calves in the plot. Picture here: https://i.gyazo.com/ffc16492adc479e9bb815f403d0aedf8.png

So I tried picking it up, and I just outright picked up the calf--one calf, mind you. There was no warning message or anything. Because the game thought all the progress was lost, it didn't warn me. Doesn't mean much, but here is a picture after tragedy struck: https://i.gyazo.com/bd8ce0f7eed3bbb80d362b5e3774fec0.png Feels shitty man.

No gathering gear. In fact, I was in the middle of doing outposts with a big group until randomly they just stopped giving me any rewards. Also, why would wearing PvP gear make you not get outpost rewards? There's no way you could make the distinction between "PvP gear" and "non-PvP gear", first of all, and secondly they implemented this faction system to encourage PvP interactions between players on the Royal Continent, so I don't understand why wearing PvP gear (if there was a way to distinguish PvP gear) would render you unable to participate in said faction system.

Thank you for the reply!

Actually I am a junior, I have just literally never figured it out for all these years.

Interesting. I went for a run last year (the first semester), and Reveille barked at me. It seems like we've come to a consensus on the current one, but based on established precedents (that is, just the one previous Reveille (for me at least)) it plausibly seems like they (that is, A&M) would not have de-barked her.

As for being skittish and antisocial, the next semester I actually had [the new] Reveille in one of my classes. Naturally, after class, many asked to take pictures with her, and she seemed very sociable. She would lick the face of some people who kneeled down next to her. But anyways, I'm not the telepathic dog expert, so I can't say for sure what that exactly indicates.

I used to literally go to Aji Sushi nearly every Sunday, and the service was always great and the pho was aight. I've been to Rosie's before and it was pretty much the same in both respects.

I am fairly certain that Blocker indeed does not ever close its doors, even on weekends. The classrooms will actually be locked, but the building itself doesn't. There are a few tables that have outlets near them, and usually the loudest the building ever gets at night is from the TV that is always on (which actually I feel is quite relaxing as background noise).

It was funny seeing some of the posts on the trending page of this on Facebook. I think some people thought the "officials" of A&M wrote the letter being displayed instead of miscellaneous students on campus, and I saw it said pretty often that "this apology is so clearly not sincere! It sounds like a child wrote this! A&M needs to do more!"

Also, so many people said that the fact that this even could happen just is so completely representative of the racially intolerant environment on campus. Like, what? Isn't part of going to college/university meeting the wide spectrum of different kinds of people you could meet, instead of the small bubble that you are only exposed to in high school? This comes with the more unpleasant kinds of people you can meet too. So why would you ever think that this small example is representative of literally tens of thousands of students on a college campus?

At first I thought to myself, "Why do we feel the need to apologize as well to people that make these gross over-generalizations?" (Because this is a very public effort to save face to the media.) Over-generalizing like that is, ironically, just as bad as racially stereotyping (for example) that all black people are thugs and criminals. But I suppose I can't think like that. We all, including myself, are prone to making kneejerk reactions to some media articles. I think everything that's being done is an appeasement to that human error.

bestuserGD

Sorry, so what exactly does entail? Does that include iced coffee and canned frappes and espressos?

bestuserGD

I often get just a regular drip brew at Starbucks, since I just get coffee to help me stay awake. However, I often get a really bad stomach reaction to coffee, and it is overall unpleasant and bothersome; after some light research, I suspect that it may be the acidity of the drip. I usually get a medium or light roast.

My question is, can anyone corroborate what exactly happens to me (maybe someone has had a similar problem)? If it is the acidity by any chance, what is an alternative caffeinated beverage? Is espresso or iced coffee less acidic, for example? Or maybe tea, or some other energy drink that functions similarly to coffee?

Thanks!

how are you going to feel when katy BODIES yall on the 16th? ;)

Rattlers? Hmm, all I see online are Baby Bottle Pop candy and the sports team haha. I'm just looking for super sour hard candy.

I have checked the Commons and the mart at Blocker. Maybe I'll check Sbisa and recheck the Commons.

bestuserGD

Thanks!

bestuserGD

Oh, I've also read that sucking on lemons seems to be a good home remedy. Does anyone know where I can get lemons?? Does Sbisa have lemons in one of their lines maybe?
