u/PetikMangga- I'm the founder of Nuelink, a social media scheduler, you can use it to schedule stories to Instagram and Facebook from one place.
billarr
I'm the founder of Nuelink, so I'm biased, but it's built for small content creators and businesses that want simple content planning and posting across FB, Insta and others, it's reliable and affordable, and there's a free trial if you want to compare it with Buffer.
billarr
I'm the founder of Nuelink, a social media automation tool, and automation definitely saves time and keeps your posting consistent, but posting alone won't keep engagement from dropping. The accounts that do well also comment on other people's posts, reply to comments on their own, and spend time in the apps natively, which tells the algorithm they're actually there. Let the tool handle the scheduling so you have time for that engagement, and when engagement dips you'll know it's not just bad timing.
billarr
I'm the founder of Nuelink, so I'm biased, but it's perfect for social media managers, it checks everything from your list: It support all major platforms, with easy content scheduling with bulk, a calendar and feed view, multi-platform posting, and analytics/reporting, all in one place...

u/Zealousideal_Cry_949 Are you referring to the trending audio or audio you edit on the actual video, if it's the trending audio, then unfortunately you can't cross post that. But if if the latter you can using Nuelink cross posting automation and cross post the video from Instagram to TikTok, YouTube and others. I'm the founder btw.
billarr
u/Theravrauli keep it simple. Group similar platforms together, give the group a posting schedule, then just add content. We built Nuelink around this idea and it works, I’m the founder btw, it’s an all in one social media scheduling platform.
In practice: One collection with Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts attached, set the times once, same caption for all three. Then you just add posts, one by one or in bulk, and they fill the next slots.
Happy to set you up with an extended trial, if you want to give this a try.
billarr
Nuelink is definitley worth a look for small businesses, we are one of the most affordable solutions in the market.

u/Basic-Tangerine7026 first of all, you need to know that nobody really care about you that much, so stop overthinking, and just start sharing what you have in mind.
As for your question, I don't think you need a full-time social media manager yet. A good strategist or manager can help you find a few repeatable content themes and turn them into a simple plan, but the ideas and voice should still come from you.
I'd start with a 3-4 posts a week or a 30-day plan and a tool like Nuelink, I'm the founder btw, to batch and schedule posts instead of deciding every day. Perhaps, pick a topic, write 5 posts and schedule them, in one set. Don't try to perfect them, just hit add the queue, and move to the next one.
Also stop checking the numbers. Focus on consistency, numbers follow later, and honestly, nowadays platforms rewards you more for engaing with other people rather than your own posts, so keep this in mind.

Use Nuelink to cross post your Instagram reel to TikTok and YouTube.

u/tiimhonks try Nuelink, I'm the founder, it's a simple social media scheduler: plan your week one by one or in bulk, at a very affordable price.
billarr
Nuelink works well for this, I'm the founder, it's an all in one social media management tool. Each venue gets its own workspace with its own calendar, accounts and inbox, so the hotel, bar and tavern never mix. Very affordable pricing compared to Hootsuite and Sprout Social, with all major platforms included on every plan.
billarr
u/BornPumpkin1187 Nuelink does exactly this, I'm the founder, it's a social media scheduling platform. We just launched our public API and a native MCP server on every plan, so an agent can upload media and schedule or queue posts directly across all major platforms. There's also a dedicated n8n node if part of your pipeline runs there. Happy to answer any questions you may have.
billarr
Yes, but not from Meta's settings, the built-in sync only goes Instagram to Facebook. Nuelink has a crossposting feature that automatically posts your Facebook posts to Instagram. I'm the founder, it's a social media scheduling platform, and you set it up once.
billarr
u/NoDig8646 use a scheduling app, I built one because I didn't want to spend time on social media lol, but needed to still be present there to grow my business, it's called Nuelink, an all in one social media scheduling platform. Schedule to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and the rest from one place, and comments come into one inbox so you can reply without drawning in feeds.
billarr
u/Deep_Ad7521 did you try Nuelink? I'm the founder, it's an all in one social media scheduling platform. $18/mo, 10 social accounts, support all major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
For what you described you'd basically live in the calendar. Set your weekly slots once, drag posts in, done. The rest is there when you want it but you don't have to touch it.
P.S. 7 day trial and 30 days money back, so not much to lose testing it.
billarr
I'm the founder of Nuelink, a better Sendible alternative for agencies. Each client has its own separate brand workspace with its own channels, posts, comments and access, publishing is reliable with retries and alerts when something fails, and the pricing is a lot friendlier as you add clients.
billarr
u/kjrst9 did you try Nuelink? I'm the founder, but it hits everything you listed: connect Etsy once and each new listing auto-posts forever, formatted as a link, image, carousel, or short based on the product media. You can also auto post from your blog as well, we support WP, Ghost, Medium and others using RSS.
And of course, you can create custom posts, beyond your store and blog, without the extra cost, high post caps, auto-posts to all major platforms including Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram, and affordable too.
Want me to set you up with an extended trial so you can connect your shop and see it run?
billarr
u/PrekshaSand it saves stress if you automate the doing, not the watching. the mistake that creates new anxiety is treating "automated" as "don't need to look anymore."
what works: batch and schedule so you're not scrambling daily, but keep a small weekly check on analytics so a dip shows up while it's still fixable. you get the time back without going blind. (disclosure, I run Nuelink, so I talk to a lot of people who've been on both sides of this, and that's consistently where the line is.)
billarr
u/Vegemite_kimchi Canva does have a basic content planner, but it's pretty limited once you're posting regularly, it's really built for designing, not scheduling.
I'm the founder of Nuelink, but for fb/insta planning it's lighter to use than Buffer day to day, and it actually integrates with Canva so you can pull your designs straight in rather than picking one or the other.
billarr
u/DiligentVersion635 for client work the stuff that actually matters day to day is separating brands cleanly and not spending your Fridays building reports.
I'm the founder of Nuelink, we have separate brand workspaces per client, support all major platforms, with simple scheduled (manually, bulk upload or via Claude/MCP), simple analytics, comment inbox, downloadable reports you can send straight to them.
And affordable pricing as you scale, seats and channels are bundled per plan so more clients doesn't mean per-seat bills piling up. happy to set you up with an extended trial if you want to run a real client through it first.
billarr
u/ActivityLive7804 Nuelink could be a perfect fit for this - we support all major platforms, analytics, comments inbox and engagements in one place and recently added abuility to post via Claude/ChatGPT, founder here btw, we don't support ads as of now.
billarr
Give Nuelink a try, you can bulk schedule with direct drag and drop or using our CSV import: I’m the founder btw, so happy to help if you need anything.
billarr
Nuelink is a very good fit for this. I'm the founder btw, but our Standard plan support up to 10 profiles/channels, simple bulk scheduling, location, queue-based scheduling, and a unified comment inbox. Simpler than Hootsuite, more features than Buffer.
Happy to help you get set up if you want to try it.
Try Nuelink, a social media scheduler for syndicating one post across many social networks, with ability to customize per platform and also plugins with Claude, ChatGPT and others so you can use it directly. I'm the founder btw, happy to help you set this up.
