Performance is one thing. You could take 1M $20k Shaheed drones and send them on a one way mission to loiter at 20,000 feet and “mine” the sky. That seems expensive and you still wouldn’t be able to take out an F-35 let alone some fancy new stealth fighter.

If you’ve Iran and want to spend $20 billion per day for a “mine” field, by all means.

The F-47, B-21, and FA-XX all fit that price tag, but the FQ-42 and FQ-44 are pilot commendable drones and actual tests show they can control up to 8 at a time.

No stealth planes have been shot down over Iran. We’ve lost a lot of MQ-9s, which are not stealthy, slow, and don’t fly all that high. A $1000 drone isn’t going to cut it.
