That sounds easier. We used to have a max RDM pull an entire zone to a party of lvl capped SMN at lvl 15 and have them 2hr the lot. Lvl 15 to cap took about 3 pulls / 1.5 hours

It was a lil jank as we also needed to have luck with COR 2hr to reset our 2hr and that took some shouts to make work sometimes.
