oh yeah no, despite my pfp and name i'm not *too* active in the fandom anymore (i have regained interest since a new show was announced tho), but i've known people in the fandom who used to be around waaaay before FiM (the show that made the concept of "bronies")

and while a lot of them did stay in the fandom, i knew a lot who left, because of the toxicity.

these days the fandom is a lot more calm, since FiM ended, and the shows that came after... flopped, to put it in a way. well, it seems that way to me, from the minor interactions i've had with the fandom since the show ended.

yeah, i've played ultrakill myself, and while it's a really fun game, it's not the type of game for me lol. i might try it again at some point, but even though i'm pretty good at shooters, i feel my head spinning trying to understand the level layouts, but that's just me with any game in general. yellow paint was made for me and me only

that said i actually enjoyed hakita's 2 vaporwave albums he's made, something i doubt 90% of ultrakill fans know he's made. i especially like the re-release that combined the two, which had a collab with desert sand feels warm at night, one of my all-time fave slushwave artists
