judicious?

I really can do almost anything I set my mind to.

I did - I chose a family name that actually is my maiden name (白) and a given name that represents me pretty well. I asked a few Chinese friends if it was suitable, and they all said it was. I've done a second (and third) check with people I trust, and they've said it still suits me and is a good name. I thought it was extremely rewarding choosing a name based on my personality, but I also did a fair amount of research to get it right.

The red soaked in fast, leaving all the gold on the surface. On coated paper it stays red.

I tried writing with a skewer and it's just useless. I think maybe I can do the q-tip and skewer pieces, then finish swatches as thinks get inked. I'm not sure how else to get a decent representation of the inks.

Making things. Cooking, woodworking, making jewelry, drawing - it doesn't matter. I like to make things.

Really smooth. Colors nicely too. I have [[J. Herbin Emerald of Chivor]] in it right now.

Seems silly now, but when I was a kid the apple trees from The Wizard of Oz scared the bejeezus out of me. I would think of them even when I wasn't watching the movie; made me a little scared of the woods at times.

My friend bought it for about $3 USD and sent it to me. I'm not sure if it's available in the US or Canada.

bks33691

I bought the Jinhao and am really enjoying it. The hero just came from a Chinese friend, and isn't inked yet. It feels great in my hand though, I can't wait to try it out!

  • EDIT * - typo in the title, it's a Hero 7001A. Not nearly a fancy as the 700.

Thickest ink ever then, you can feel the red paint where it sticks up out of the grooves.

bks33691

No, I didn't even notice it until my son pointed it out. It did cost me $3.00, so I suppose it could possibly be a knockoff.

For you folks that are downvoting, it'd be nice to know why, so I can make sure to post quality stuff (or stop posting in this subreddit altogether).

Individual and group therapy, medication and constantly reminding myself that certain things are symptoms, and not "me". Trying to cut myself a little slack once in a while. Taking mental health days from work when it's really bad.

She's also doing pin curls, maybe she's going for a 20s look.

I have repeating appointments that are billed monthly. I put them in my monthly calendar so I can incorporate the bills into my monthly budget (which I also track on my monthly calendar). I do a form of bullet journalling, so it's all on paper, customized the way I want it.

I'm pretty sure every Chinese adult I know is watching this.
