That's a classic response. They stay super vague on purpose. In my experience the "fail to cooperate" means they had information from the companies and left a voice-mail to call back, or dialed you once or twice without answer. Saying it was you or someone you gave access to indicates the information they have in someway point to commonalities in the payment and your own proximity to the charges, such as IPs, signatures, or even just same region. Honestly i personally wish it did prevent being tall, and I could be closer to average height, but thus far everything shows that people grow to a genetically predetermined height regardless of when HRT starts. Ultimately there's no realt way to test until we have an adequate sample size of identical twins born male, with 1 transitioning in puberty (and controls for diet, etc), and that's going to take a long time to find enough people to get any meaningful data on that

Read on. It's to prevent continued longitudinal bone growth in individuals (both male and female) with estrogen deficiency who continue to grow past puberty when growth plates are supposed to close. It has nothing to do to prevent normal pubescent growth, trans or cis, and is only to prevent continued growth into adulthood which would normally be arrested by estrogen.

Trans girls just gonna be taller on average, and HRT doesn't stop it (except in the abnormal post-pubescent case you shared)

I'm a trans women, I've talked to many endocrinologists and doctors about this. Researched a lot, transitioned more than 12 years ago. Estrogen does have some small play in soft tissues, but taking HRT for a MtF transgender women will have little to no impact on their height. Personally I lost at least an inch, and 2 shoe sizes, but my skeleton is unaffected. This is from soft tissue. Currently there isn't really hard data, only averages, and the sample size is quite small. Predicted adult height can't be accurately measured.

HRT is for trans women is the blocking of testosterone (by blocking production or by receptor uptake) and the delivery of estrogen (numerous sources). Neither testosterone or estrogen affects the height of your skeleton to any meaningful degree, but the density can be affected. There's very little data, but transgirls who start HRT young are still taller than cis women, and closer to the average height of cis men. Any discernable differences in the averages have a myriad of explanations, which can be explained by overestimating of predicted adult height, shorter people choosing to transition due to more favorable outlook, nutrition, and underreporting.

HGH controls the height of your skeleton, and neither testosterone or estrogen affect HGH. So when I talk about HRT, I'm talking about the global standard to HRT for trans women. I do not know of any doctors who would be prescribing any medication or surgery to affect growth height due to potential side effects, and unnecessary invaseness. I have long ago decided to avoid the desperate cope from toxic transgender forums and echo chambers because I saw the harm it caused myself and everyone else taking part, and I suggest you do the same, but i understand the desperation in the early transition period.
