That's not the point, I admit that I was speeding. I'm saying LAPD shooting radar at 5am and catching me when I'm the only car on the road is not a deterrent for everyone else recklessly driving all day.

It is BS. I got a ticket for going 15 mph over the speed limit at 5am when there were two other cars on the entire road doing the same thing. During the daytime, every 15 min there is someone in a BMW m5 or Mercedes AMG going at least 30mph over the speed limit in traffic, weaving around families, pedestrians, bicyclists, and there is a cop to be found. The single cop shooting radar is the revenue making scheme, not the effective enforcement.

Advice for you: designate some space to work out, get up 30 min earlier. If you can, go to bed 30 min earlier to offset.

For a solid workout, you only need 20 min, some dumbbells, a bench, and a routine to follow. You can find a gazillion on Youtube for free.

Then just eat clean, and you're on your way, trust me.
