You aren't alone in feeling this way. The outside world is full of slow moving and ignorant people. But remember, they are not doing this to you personally. What I find helps is taking a breath and trying to inject empathy into the situation. If someone cuts me off in traffic, I tell myself "I hope they make it to the bathroom in time!" That way I get to relate to the situation while also being humorous about it.
