If a landlord violates laws or health standards, for example, doesnt provide heat in their buildings during the winter or doesnt repair leaks properly or other things not at fault of tenants, why should they get to keep their property if they clearly cant maintain it for the folks giving them rent money? Whats unreasonable about this given enough violations

Question while we are discussing cast iron pans. If I take my dry cast iron off my kitchen rack and wipe it gentle with a paper towel, i will get all these little black specs of the pan scraping off on the paper towel. Is the coating supposed to come off so easy? Or do I have some shit cast iron pan?

I have “seasoned” the pan a few times in the past. Any advice? Or is that normal for a cast iron?

Why is this so hard for them to understand? Ive had this same discussions. She thinks she should be able to stand up for herself, I told her its not freakin high school anymore, if you attract a psychotic person , now its MY problem too.
