Writing to the heap should be O(1), and updating the index should be O(log n), so should performance shouldn't decline faster than O(log n).

Budget: $100. It needs to be something that a well-stocked local (USA) liquor store will carry.
She has a bottle of Balvenie that she loved, not sure which one though. I know she does not like smoke or iodine. In terms of general taste she does not like bourbon because it's too sweet, but does like Bushmills.
Any ideas?
