I'm the middle child of 3 boys, and sounds similar to my story. I was kind of inattentive, but very smart, dxed with Primarily Inattentive (atypical) 3 years ago. The saving grace for me was likely my remembering being assessed for aspergers in elementary school and that my test results were great except for questions missed because i was too slow to respond in time, and that's what my adult assessment showed.

That and the past and current hx questionnaires filled out by my (now-ex) wife and mother that I basically had to explain/coach because: 1. Wife esl (from China) and 2. My mother tried painting a rosy picture of my childhood and I had to remind her of all my visible struggles as well as explain the struggles i had masked.

"Good, smart kids" with no other problems don't struggle for 3 hours to write a 5 paragraph essay, etc

DM me if serious (and preferably in the continental US, I'm on a road trip)

Qualifications:

Established history of multiple Asian bunnies successfully bleached in a target-poor environment (southeastern US)

Best Bunny Bleaching:

FOB Chinese masseuse (30 y/o 4'11" 98 lb C-cup) who didn't know a word of English when she landed. Her only prior experience was with Chinese "men," she could barely feel them down there, had never orgasmed, and thought she just didn't like sex. She agreed to one date with me and a massage in exchange for English lessons ("and only a massage, no funny business!" lol)... Once the pants came off and she caught a glimpse of Big White Cock, it was over for her. I had her hooked on Big White Cock for 7 years lol

Shifting "excellent" one character left to use the x on something for a motivational dyslexia poster is diabolical lol

Since I'm no longer on the floor, smoking, drinking, red meat, etc.

I prefer the Deadpool approach.

I'm on the shorter side as well (5'7") and can throw a 24' completely vertical before the bottom foot even touches the ground. I'm also decently strong, too, though. Here's what works for me, and each is helpful by themselves:

  1. Start in high-shoulder carry, but get into the position several rungs off-center, towards the base of the ladder.

It's harder, the ladder feels heavier and you have to actively pull down the whole time, but the shorter length out in front of you is worth it to lessen the angle the ladder is at when the bottom foot makes contact during the throw. If too difficult, any amount off-center toward the base is helpful.

  1. Approaching the throw, increase your pace if possible.

Try to ensure you have good forward momentum. Not necessarily running, but NOT dragging ass, either, even if you started that way. "Move with a purpose." The ladder is going to act like friction you can catch from the ground early on will be magnified to help offset other disadvantages.

  1. When initiating the throw, drop your hips and begin driving the entire ladder forward AND UP, while simultaneously pulling the section in front of you down.

Use your strongest muscles (your legs) to do the REAL work of getting the tip moving upwards. This transitions into your shoulder becoming the fulcrum the ladder will pivot on as you pull the bottom section down

  1. If not already vertical, continue pulling the base toward your body while continuing to DRIVE your shoulder into the beam.

Firefighter was my longest running job.

Emergency services seems to attract and employ an unusually high number of people with ADHD, both diagnosed and suspected. In fact, I might never even have been diagnosed as an adult if I hadn't gotten married, too.

Iirc (haven't used a watch with a bezel in a long time, and never during my limited diving experience), they only rotate counter clockwise. That would mean you want to set the arrow on the time you need to end your dive; if the bezel gets bumped, it can only shorten your bottom time, and never increase it.

Can someone eli5 methylation?

I have ADHD, I'm in my 30s, and my mother harps on how the "real" problem is probably a methylation problem in my genes. She's very prone to falling for pseudoscience due to her own (i HEAVILY suspect) adhd that she masked before burning out in her early 30s, also. My entire life until mid 20s was "Atkins this, sugar that, red die is the Devil..." Yes capital D, she's a speaks-in tongues type of MAGA Christian, and to get her off my back after getting married i agreed to do one of those DNA things, which has led to her current repeated "methylation problem" focus. "Fake vitamin [B? I think?]" in modern, fortified breads = BAD, "natural form of vitamin" in a select few breads/ energy drinks = good, etc...

She could with good fundamentals/form and zero resistance from the target, either due to it being a planned bit, or "nerd"/"femboy" Vedal being truly in disbelief she would just up and essentially commit assault and battery while live.

Also, 6'4" beanpole has longer levers while still weighing the same as a shorter person in the same weight class (a similar situation I got accustomed to while wrestling)

Most ADHD meds are stimulants and therefore tend to affect both appetite AND water retention. For perspective, I'm taller than you and much heavier than you... also likely older than you (diagnosed in my 30s) and male (in case you're female, since you didn't say). Anyway, I can swing 7 lbs in a week after a long med holiday, just in water weight. Constant binge eating (mostly fatty/sugary processed foods) is one of my worst symptoms, though so "unintentional" weight loss was a relief for me (basically, canceling out my unintentional weight gain).

Your body weight is still within the "normal" BMI range, for either gender, so I wouldn't worry about the weight loss unless you're still developing/ growing (i.e. in your early/mid-teens), but keep an eye on it and mention it to your doctor. If it continues, consider trying a different medication or ask about meds to increase appetite. Or "just make yourself eat more," i know that's not really helpful, but it's a joke with a friend of mine (big tall firefighter powerlifter) after he admitted being sick and tired of having to eat as much as he did. If you're female, the menstrual cycle can affect how effective your meds feel AND affect your normal amount of water retention...

Personally, I found that Vyvanse (lisdexamphetamine) felt WAY too strong compared to Adderall (mixed amphetamine salts), i could lock in on video games like crazy (... AGAIN ;_;) to the point of discomfort, but still didn't WANT to put away my laundry, it killed my appetite more, like, KILLED it completely, gave me horrible "dry mouth" (not really dry-dry, it just HURT)... others don't always have those reactions, and the medication's design makes it less prone to abuse, so I tried it, but no thanks, my symptoms seem to respond better to having both amphetamine molecules, with less side effects, for some reason...

Yeah and what happened to all those bikes? Sold for below msrp, that's what happened to them!

And without ever watching a single episode of Breaking Bad, too!

But no, I have never had prescription methamphetamine, my ADHD symptoms responded well enough to Adderall, but the "meth" jokes/ accusations were enough to get me to go down the Wikipedia rabbit hole

That's just standard ritalin, its not even remotely the same as methamphetamine

Very carefully, and with some kind of support/shoring if you're trying to plug it into a tower.

Alternatively, use a USB extension cable (generation 3.0 or higher, preferably) so you can leave it laying flat.
