There are software features I've wanted for 25+ years.    During that time I've gotten by on half-solutions and workarounds.  This past year I've been able to produce all of those features with AI-assisted programming and it's literally been life-changing to me. Tedious workflows that used to take me 30 hours reduced to mere seconds with these features.  I'm astonished by this capability and I know that I'm barely scratching the surface of it's potential.

I would think some disorienting feeling would be desired here. Hank's entire world is falling apart realizing Walt is who he's been chasing.  All 4 people may not be sure what side the others are on.

I think dealing with whatever/whoever the coercion is over is the bigger priority.  Someone threatening you enough to convince you to delete your own channel is a serious issue.  Hope that goes well.

I'm optimistic about the possibilities and feel everything will go great in the long run.  Though admittedly it's probably going to be a bumpy road getting there. The societal challenges will far exceed the technological challenges.

Who exactly?

Show me the person asking to respected as an artist for their gen AI.

bubblesculptor

Who is asking to be recognized as a talanted artist for their AI images?

This sounds like some boogieman made up to hate.

Thats why you keep a glass of water  frozen to solid ice in your freezer, then put a few coins on top.

If power is out long enough to melt the ice completely before it refreezes the coins will end up at the bottom of glass instead of on top.

AI was literally created to help you accomplish what you're wanting to make.  To help remove the barriers of entry you've been experiencing.   It's surprising that a tool is literally available to help you make this project a reality and you've convinced yourself not to use it.

This is always a funny point haters bring up.  They make it seem like he inherited billions to start everything.

His dad was rich in South Africa, but nowhere near any amount of wealth that would be considered notably 'rich' in the USA.   Lower upper class at most.

Every single day there are people inheriting more than he did, none of them seem to have successful space launch capacity.

This is what freaks me out about those people who have large cats as pets, like servals, savannahs, ocelots, caracals, lions etc.

They seem incredible when friendly, playing around ot rubbing their belly.

But all it takes is them flipping out just once to become deadly.

I'm in a small town  know people of every small town stereotypical role who are finding uses for AI to help.   Lots of rural/small town people are self-employed in various skilled trades or other small businesses so they're always interested in ways leverage their efforts.  Since it's still pretty new, i don't think it's something any of them fully depend on yet for their work, rather they're experimenting with what the possibilities are.   Mostly research and planning.  Some are uncomfortable using computer programs like Photoshop or Illustrator so using AI lets them do things previously beyond their ability to assist their business.

Not everyone of course.  Lots of people out here also completely offline, no computers etc.

Finding vulnerabilities is a good thing.

They need to be fixed anyway.  So many system's security looks like swiss cheese full of holes.

Adam Savage has frequently mentioned this was one of the most confusing experiments they did.  Intuition can be misleading, likewise this situation can be misinterpreted in a variety of ways.

I do not live in 'urban hell'.

Rural living immersed in nature. Love it!

I'm speaking about my reality today, not some imaginary scenario.

It's kinda like architecture.

A building can be constructed in a functional, but ugly manner.

Buildings can also be designed with beauty and elegance.

Lots of code is unfortunately built like shantytowns.  Ramshackled shacks all chaoticly shoved together.  It's truly disturbing how much terrible code has been written.  Usually on insufficient budget in insufficient time with insufficient experience.

However some code is pure beauty.  Efficient, error-free, easy to understand, well-constructed.  This takes true talent.

I'd give all my art away for free if I myself had no monetary requirements.

Costs money to live therefore I must sell it to survive.

Charging money is how an artist is able remain a full-time artist

I once arrived at a large commercial jobsite, there was a giant Gantt chart taking up an entire wall of the jobsite entrance.  Seriously massive chart, far more detailed and comprehensive than anything I've seen before.

Top supervisor approached me, just as I was about to compliment how impressed I was with their scheduling he said "that chart is nothing but lies!"

Liability insurance is only for damages you cause to other vehicles/people.

Though usually if your vehicle has a loan the issuer of loan usually requires you also have insurance for your vehicle in case of this exact situation.

bubblesculptor

Agreed.

This is how you know OP is uninformed or inexperienced.

Calling AI a 'skill replacer' sounds silly to anyone who is finding ways to leverage their skills with AI.

bubblesculptor

Maybe it's some type of Backrooms creature

They make drone docking systems for stuff like this.  Basically a self-aligning landing pad.  Bulb could have a release system activated by docked drone.

bubblesculptor

Drone-based system sounds interesting.

For best results it would require replacing the bulb housing & receptacle to something specifically designed for drone-based servicing.
