The OP video is a very poorly executed example of this concept.

You can do it with simply a 000 dart and 000 Alch if you position it well enough so that the alch attacks the MOAB right as the MOAB is about to die, so the midair attack will splash on the bloons.

I believe this is the cheapest solution possible.
