It wasn't mine either, until recently. !@#$ing FedEx billed me over 33% the price of my TOY YOYO, a *personal use* TOY that is EXEMPT FROM ALL TARIFFS, because of Trump's bullshit that was overruled the day after I just paid FedEx's bullshit (REAL bullshit as half of that $35 was "tariff" and half was "FedEx tariff collection fee"!!) This same !@#$ing company also DOUBLED the prepaid shipping on my latest item because those idiots lie, cheat, and steal. The shipper weighed it: 15.25lbs. *I* weighed it: 15.2lbs. FedEx claimed that it was 17lbs. Also, the assholes had the audacity to say it'd be delivered in TWO DAYS, and didn't deliver until the FIFTH day, during SUMMER! I hope my film is not ruined.
PS: to ad injury to injury, FedEx won't provide any contact info for resolving any of these problems.

Yes. But show me any other movie that LOOKS as much like Cyberpunk2077 the video game. Maybe I missed some. I never really thought of myself as a "cyberpunk", but I guess I always have been, and definitely have appreciated the art. Blade Runner and Akira had me at "hello world"! I still enjoy the modern takes too. Altered Carbon has some of my favorite shots/scenes. Anyway, my takes on life don't seem appreciated around here, so I really should just STFU and go finish living my life. cheers

I used to really like Call of Duty, I was even very good in my youth. Now I just like to run around, shoot some bots, not run into too many sweats, I have a nice chat with other people who are just having some fun. NONE of that seems possible, especially after this week's "update". 😢

Pretty much every problem I have with Call of Duty and Activision these days. I got up votes, 20 comments (with almost 0 ad hominem attacks!! Ok. SOLUTION TIME!
In 2026 there appear to be only two options that do not include throwing more and more money at Apple, neither of which is particularly easy:
- Plug iPwn into Mac using a USB cable. Use the Image Capture program on the Mac to COPY all the files it can see on the iPwn (ostensibly those in "Library"). Then manually verify the copy of each and every file on the Mac, and then manually select those items on the iPwn's Photos.app (ostensibly in what is now called "Library" since Camera Roll is gone) one by one (since Select All was taken away, we now have to tap/select one, and then drag through all the rest at about 10 photos per second of long scrolling--gods forbid your finger slip!) and then tap the trash can icon to delete them.
- Connect a USB-C SSD to the iPwn. Open Photos.app and manually select everything one by one, then tap the options (and select copy all photos data!) then tap the hamburger and COPY all the selected items to the Files.app (in which you can select the SSD, and create a new folder, then COPY). After a long wait, manually VERIFY the copy of each and every file on the SSD (if you care about losing data, as nothing is verified by Apple's functions and a valid copy is not guaranteed at all), and then manually select those items on the iPwn's Photos.app, again, one by one (since Select All was taken away) and then tap the trash can icon to delete them.
All of my complaints still stand. Apple TOOK AWAY perfectly functional options (particularly the Image Capture delete after import, which was the ideal MOVE MY DAMN PHOTOS option), and SELECT ALL, with a clear goal of pushing us all into just being suckers for their subscription bullshit. THIS is how you lose customers. After this fiasco, my friends and family are so disgusted that they are all switching to Android, and I may just go back to shooting all of my photos on my SLRs. 🤬

You USED to be able to use Image Capture to copy and DELETE all files from Photos.app. Now it's a new obfuscated paradigm of enshittification.
