This definitely shouldn't have happened, u/TheRealWebTraveler. I'm reviewing this post now to see what happened. I presume the submission you're referring to is this one?

Edit: I've reached out to our team to let them know of the issue with the original post is still outstanding. Seems something went wrong on our side and reviewing to see what happened with the flair on that thread. However, at this time the original post is back open again, and the flair on this thread has been corrected back to Discussion.

Apologies for the confusion here, u/PlexPC. Can you please send us the information asked for by u/CCSelenaO to us via modmail? Thanks!

I've updated the flair on your post, u/mnemoseck, so that one of our Specialists will see it and provide a response. Hang tight!

Note to OP: As our community is designed to help support customers with their existing products and services, discussions about cordcutting are better content for r/cordcutters. At this time the post will be approved for public view, but locked from further comments.

Note to OP: Due to you already filing complaints with the AG, FTC and BBB, your issue can be reviewed and a response sent once those complaints are forwarded by those regulatory agencies. This is outlined in our wiki:

Note: Our community cannot provide assistance if you have already filed a complaint with the FCC, PUC or other such regulatory agency. Regulatory complaints are processed by a separate team for handling and reply. These kinds of posts will be closed without further action. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Removed due to Rule #4: No “I’m having an outage” posts — While part or all of your services might be out right now, this doesn’t necessarily indicate there’s an issue in your area. We understand the when your services aren’t working (especially when you need them the most), it’s frustrating for everyone. However many posts like this rarely include the information we need to be of full assistance and don’t provide benefit to the community as OP intends. Area-wide service impacting events will be acknowledged in the My Account app and in the Status Center. If the outage is impacting customers nationally, we’ll create a Service Alert post and pin it to the top of the sub. To avoid having your post removed under this rule, be sure to include how long you’ve been without service and the troubleshooting steps you’ve taken to verify this isn’t impacting just your service. Including screenshots of the My Account app or Status Center (sans your personal info) indicating an area-wide issue are very helpful.
