Hi, PTZ works perfectly, but I still haven't found how to use preset positions

No way to register ?

On ne "bloque" jamais un appartement, les escrocs attendent justement les personnes qui ont des contraintes particulières comme ne pas pouvoir se déplacer pour en profiter.

and have tried 2 days ago with CedB1 or CedB, don't remember exactly

On zoneminder forum, not on reddit

I've tried a few times these last days to register and silently failed to do so.
When I click on register and fill in the form, when I click on save, I get redirected to the previous page where I am asked to agree to the site rules without any error message nor any message stating that email registration was done.
I don't get any validation email message even in spam folder and
I am told that I have specified an incorrect username. when I try to log in.
I haven't set any blocking policy on the web site.
Could you help me getting registered ?

Is zoneminder website closed for registration ?

30 ft is more than what I need, 20 ft is more or less the distance at which I need the camera ot produce good face images.
Actually I am looking for a no glow IR lighting system. Usually 850 nm IR light spectrum spreads towards visible light and reddish color is visible when leds are on.
With IR cut, are these cameras are able to record videos of scenes lit with 940 nm IR when ambient non-IR light is too low ?

I haven't switched back to chrome, I now definitely prefer vivaldi

Could you tell me , with maximum zoom set, up to which distance does the cam provide a nice picture of someone's face that can enable to identify undoubtly ? The area is not well lit at all, I was plannning to use 940 nm IR eds that should be invisible, do you know if zoom lens is IR cut ?

Not that bad, but probably a bit too slow to capture someone scratching my car with keys

The issue with battery, is that you need to have 2 of it, to disconnect it when it is low, unless you leave your belongings without any security during battery recharge

Thanks for the answer, It's a shame that the only really fast streaming affordables IP cams are esp32 cams, the footage quality is still too low with these cams
Do you know some affordable and yet efficient battery cam with PIR sensor ?

reboot can be longer than just boot, as it needs to close all pending connections and close all opened services, if it hosts a mini os.
Any way all answer seem to show that it is not possible to get a stream sooner than 30 seconds after boot.

Do you know what kind of ckecking is done when the repo is unencrypted ?
Is there some verification of the repo data against the source data or just a hash of the data compared with a stored hash ?
