Are you sure you don't have a call area in there? I have a crawl area access in a small closet just like this and the shelf at the bottom is always been funky. Otherwise it would be hard to crawl out of the floor.

Well. You're going to have to stop the job. While your at it. Rip off those stairs and dig out the dirt and put some gravel and a flush brick landing where those stairs are going to sit.

I did the same thing. But....there is oxygen in this one 2%. Regular 75/25 sticker doesn't even mention the max oxygen content on the sticker.

That C-25 sticker to me has always been a 75/25 mix. What you have here is a Tri-Mix. It will work fine. Typically around 2-3 oxygen. That 19.5 is deceiving,

This guy doesn't have a "special pipe" it's that tall deliberately. So people can see it when the landscaping is getting done and so it doesn't get covered.. The landscaping has been finished. Find out what type of line it's for. Measure pipe and get the lid. You folks saying don't do it. If it was a vent pipe it would have a snorkel on the top. If it was important it would have a sign or a tag or a top. No valve at bottom of the hole even better. Get it done.
