Personally my choice goes not to a movie, but to a bunch of years: 1999-2003. Matrix and the LOTR trilogy come to mind as probably the best, still holding strong CGI in my book.

I wonder how much this is a lobby of (great, but honestly, unnecessary) Spanish voice actors. One of the reasons Spaniards have a huge gap in English fluency vs for example Portuguese, is because we in Portugal sub everything "above" tween audience targets (and even for those we have a lot of cinemas with dual screenings - subbed and dubbed).

I dp believe some dubbing is still important and culturally relevant, especially on Disney flicks which have musical acts gallore. Some local renditions are absolutely terrific, and this is only possible with a great voice cast too.

I wonder how much political strenght it would take to fly a few Brazilian fighters across Bolivia/Peru/Chile, to ground the plane somewhere nearby and force a Brazilian national escaping prosecution to deplane, to be immediately escorted back to his home country. The plane seems to be Argentinian Air Force but we know full well they got nothing on Brazil's military, and it is more than justifiable enough to seize a clear case of someone who went across the border to Argentina to run like a chicken to a ranch in texas.

I think Aaron did ok directing and it may help regulate what has become widely known as his "Sorkinisms" - in a way that he notices the exagerated nuance some of his writing induces. He is a great writer but the flow of his script always flows into the same direction, predictably so, to the point I can only watch a Sorkin show once or twice a year or it gets boring

But this was really an Odysseathon. Some might say it was an odissey.

Yeah but most of those in the odyssey didn't even get to the 5min scenes. Which is quite the feat for a ~3h movie. Like, there's 3 or 4 main characters on it and even then Odysseus gets a good 90% of the screentime. Matt really had to carry it.
