uh so they have gui and they put a localscript in everyones client that listens for a remove and when their gui they put what message they want u to say and click send and the remote event will send the username and the localcsript listens if its thier username and sends the message using either remote event or using a value, and the localscript only listens for server side responses

also be carefull this is a bug that roblox didnt fix and if u join peoples games its like basically crosswoods and they could get u banned by making u spam stuff so when u see smth like that leave instantly before u could get banned

ok so temp has to be cleaned then u have to be ingame
and the audio has to be played atleast once (u can download while its playing doesnt need to finish)

now after ur in the game go in appdata local temp roblox sounds then copy all of them then paste somewhere else then make them .ogg files and try finding wich one works

then if u want u can turn them into mp3
