Replying to myself, our friend Claude says this:
I pulled MeshCentral's pluginHandler.js and the plugin's config.json, and the plugin is missing a field MeshCentral insists on. The validity check requires changelogUrl to be a string (the docs list changelogUrl as required), and maxdorx's config.json doesn't have it. So MeshCentral rejects it before it ever tries the download. That's a bug in the plugin, not your setup.

I'm getting this error trying to install it.. I just upgraded MC to 1.3 so maybe it's that?

We use Twingate for about 10 people and it's worked well. very low maintenance as others mentioned.

ok. I misunderstood- I already have a folder on my file system full of photos and I thought this was what it was for.. sounds like it requires I upload all my photos.. I was hoping it would just read my file system but thanks for the good work and quick response!

When I try to select an existing photo folder, it just says "All photos are already added" and a top shows "Add 0 items to null" . any way to fix this?
