We had a family member who fought ALS for several years. She was a chef who loved food and cooking her family. Towards the end of her life she was nearly non verbal, couldn’t swallow effectively and risked choking on her own saliva daily. 3-6 months before the disease would of gotten her she chose a dignified exit with her family and her choice to say her final goodbyes on her terms and not some gross illness. Her husband and son didn’t have to find her one day choked on her own spit on the ground.

I just started dealing with them aswell and after multiple no access scans (I was a courier for quite a few years it’s 99% of the time a bullshit scan to save 45 seconds on a stop) I called and finally asked where can I pick it up? “Sorry there is no pick up counter at this location.”
