It's cheaper than Opus in API cost and in github copilot. The limits being worse on the Gemini paid plans (and even worse in Pro where it's not even included in Antigravity) is just Google not caring about offering a worthwile subscription to normal end users, either because they don't care about user adoption as much since they have other revenue streams or because they didn't think it out properly.

The models were not even close to good enough until Opus 5.5. The improvement rate over the last few months has been insane

Do tenants not typically pay for water and electricity themselves in the US?

Yeah I feel like the most alien the world has ever felt to me was 2020-2021, at least where I live since we had full lockdowns and weren't allowed to even go for a walk outside, or even after restrictions softened weren't allowed to leave the city.

That was my point, it gets to a point where drawing a line gets very hard. There's nothing inherently special about a real brain as opposed to an uploaded brain or a brain with a different architecture, it's just a set of behaviors conditioned through evolution. So I draw the line at someone's intent of enjoying causing harm.

Torturing them feels wrong as well, and this is something more than an NPC. This happened 30 years ago with the game Creatures which had beings called Norns and a whole subculture developed around them, some caring for them and others torturing them. Of course they were just a set of if statements and randomizers, but it still feels wrong to do so.

Let's say a psychopath tortures cats for fun, that would be wrong right? At what point do we draw the line? Mice? Insects? Is it ok to intentionally torture that fruit fly's uploaded brain? What about a hypothetical uploaded mouse brain? Or a cat brain? Or, eventually, an uploaded human brain? Personally I draw the wrongness line at the intention of wanting something to suffer for fun, whether or not it is conscious of it.

I had the same issue when printing figurines. Like a 20g figurine with typically let's say 10g in supports, if I switched from single color to using two colors (with the auxiliary nozzle, no AMS) it went up to close to 200g in total by default and estimated almost 24h of printing when the original was 4h (0.08mm layer). Because it added a huge prime tower and I assume every time it switched filaments it pooped when reheating each nozzle, so if it's switching in every single layer of course that will happen.

The coffee was boiling, she got third degree burns, got hospitalized for 8 days and had to get skin grafting. McDonald's tried to make it seem as if it was a frivolous lawsuit to get the public opinion against her when coffee has no reason to be that hot, especially when she didn't ask for it to be that dangerously hot to begin with.

Hi, we're having a similar issue again since a couple days ago. This time is different though, there are approved posters who cannot post at all and if we try to remove them it gives an ok (through all the platforms, API, new and old reddit) but it doesn't actually remove them.

It's not what I have either but upon further review perhaps this is also a valid answer. Leggett & Platt Textile is what I had but looks like Steiner-Liff operated there in the 1990s and now that I think of it I can't confirm the music video was filmed in 2001 so +correct
