Do you remember that phrase? Where is the suspect proven guilty and by whom? At the crime site? At the jail? At the library or the pool? No it is at the court house decided by judge or jury after that facts (remember facts?) of the case presented and both side has a chance you present their arguments.

Your forgetting a whole branch of government. ICE enforces the law yes but they are NOT judges. ICE does NOT determine what if any laws were broken. At capped ammo eff and vile acceleration, you still have 10s ish of hold trigger fire. Reload takes 2s, buff last for 4s. So you can maintain the uptime as long as you get ammo pickups and have targets. I don't see how this breaks the power fantasy completely.

No but Cyte 9 can use that gun(any gun) and shoot through walls. Acid shells double dips its effect with abilites like xaku whispers and other similar to it.

A 75% ammo eff cap is no way going to kill that gun.

Dredge is a m1 killer with an position manipulation ability. If you think m1 chase is low skill, thats a self report. Beyond that the position ability is not that difficult compared to other skills you need to learn / have. The skill expression of dredge isn't uniquely for dredge, maybe thats the key detail they are trying to get across.
