Still requires effort! I will be porting more interesting projects. Trying to find bigger games will push VB to its limits and beyond! Maybe converting open source linux programs to VB6 or bigger projects, the sky is the limits! This is a golden age!
createaforum
Glad :)
createaforum
Thanks, yeah was addicted to vbWolf once you get past level 3 gets interesting. And you can generate more levels too.

Ported Quake as well with AI https://github.com/VBGAMER45/VBQuake how far can we go??
createaforum
True, mainly since someone hasn't cared enough. Still interesting though to try and push the limits of VB6. If it is fun and people enjoy I see why not. Games is what got me into VB6. The first ones I made were space invaders and frogger and the code was not great but as an early teen everyone has to start somewhere. Been using VB for over 25 years now.

I strongly disagree, AI in general now is better than most developers. If it was not this would have been done years ago.
createaforum
Done. I think most of the large projects are made by LLM now on this sub.
createaforum
Have tested as is in latest twinBASIC does compile and work! Just imported the project.
createaforum
Possibly, have to install latest version of twinBasic, will be interesting to see how well it runs there as well!
createaforum
I would just ask AI at this time to update it to latest wordpress version..
createaforum
Excited! Bought! Now just need time to play! Even with AI doing most of my software work still time eaten away.

Choice 2. First one, children would not have much time with their parents.

Can't wait to play the campaign! Really enjoyed the campaigns in the original release, they were solid, and the Veti coming in the end were amongst my favorite ones to play.

If you have the program you can run though a decompiler might get some clues on the ocx or custom user control used (but require all .ocx, .dll files thought to better understand, you can also maybe look at the companyname/version information on the ocx files). You can message me if you want me to check. Otherwise i have an older version of my my decompiler that is open source option as well. called semi vb decompiler.

15 hours is just so low...should be at least 100.
createaforum
I think looks neat. Would love the city get some love has a little bit of everything. If not could be made as a fan mod eventually.

I want to use but most of my use cases get rejection for security concern and falls back to Opus

- Wasn't magic. Employee was given watch, tried to setup watch from their phone, took a new plan from their account and billed them. Following the step by step process from the support team to activate and asked to confirm if it would cause an issue.
I can i see on #2/#4 might cause issues. What is the point of an authorized user if can't make changes to an account? Might as well not even have that feature. But overall no way should this taken multiple hours/multiple trips just unresasonable. . I am a T-Mobile shareholder as well..
- Not really extremely patient but wasting 7 hours+ is just insane with conflicting information.
The amount of people defending poor service here is crazy to me, looks like the public have just given up, to a multi billion dollar corporation for having long wait times (zero excuse when things can be automated), and making things harder.
Click to cancel needs to be a thing or at very least, process should not exceed 15 minutes of time. Look up Louis Rossmann youtube on this topic.

Doesn't make it right. Just baffles me that you can't walk into the store with an ID and cancel a line makes zero sense. Even more frustrating when they tell you go to a store, then the store tells you it is not the right type of tmobile store.
createaforum
OCX's should be doable at least via typelib to get all the properties etc. What compiler are you using? Does it require any MSVBM run times?
createaforum
Very cool project! How much of the VB6 language is support? Is there a roadmap?
Yup, big help for us in general security wise andupdating old codebases that never had the time .
