Here's what I would recommend. At this point wait till spring to fix that. In the spring when you put down preemergent, put down a tarp/cover over the specific areas you want to seed. I did this last year and it worked great. So you get weed control in most of the yard but can also seed. When the soil temp gets up to 50-55 do pregerminated seed in those areas and use a frost blanket to cover at night. This will give you the best chance to get it established before the summer heat hits.

Almost certainly fungus. I had it happen to me last year because it was really hot and humid late. This year I put preventative fungicide down and didn't have any problems

You can mow around it. Just don't perform wheel turns/dragging on the new grass. As others have said, it's only 11 days in so you should continue to get more germination over the next couple weeks as long as you keep it from drying out

I've got a 17 and 19 gen 6. I really like them. I'd absolutely buy that for $400 if I saw it.

Where does one find this stripper kit

It's Bermuda, all you need to do is hit it with water and fertilizer and it will come back and fill in. 5 min every two days is not enough. I'm also confused why you're putting down seed. Is your yard actually just common Bermuda? If your yard was put down as sod (probably) it's not common type and you shouldn't put seed on it

I would just put it down Saturday if you have irrigation. You have temps falling and some free water coming. If you don't have irrigation then cooking in 94⁰ won't help; find a window Sunday between the rain.

Clay bar?

Did you diagnose what fungus it was when it showed up? Reason I ask is that product doesn't treat pythium. I got pythium at that exact time in Chicago land area and I didn't catch it in time and it wiped out a lot of my ryegrass. We've been getting down in the 50s at night which is very low risk of pythium.

I charge phones to 100%. I don't keep them long enough to matter and even if I did, I'd just replace the battery if it needed it.

cryptomatt

My opinion is overpaid. HW3 and 2019 build quality are deal breakers for me at that price but as long as you like it

cryptomatt

Probably just dormant for most of it. Hit it with water for a couple weeks and see what comes back

cryptomatt

How big is the area? If it's not huge, you can take your weed whacker to it. For a larger yard where you don't want to manually thatch rake, you can get dethatching tines for your mower blade. I would recommend just investing in a sunjoe dethatcher if you're going to be maintaining your lawn more though. They're really handy to clear out the dead material or prepare for regular overseeding in the future

Keep the seed moist but make sure you don't water at night. Fungus will be waiting to ruin your project. I reno'd my front yard last fall and it was those temps all through beginning of October and mine was successful. You can do it.

First of all, never, ever use a carwash with a track, second only use touchless

Buy a dethatching rake. Clean it all up, order a shade mix (looks like you get a good amount of shade?) seed from a place like twin city seed. Keep the seed from drying out. Enjoy lawn

I mean, it definitely slid against something abrasive. It doesn't just happen

It would definitely be better and fix some of your complaints. But it also sounds like you don’t really like the “pixel experience”. Also, fyi, you can drag the cursor with the spacebar, but you can’t move it all around the screen like iPhone for example. Not sure if that’s what you want

cryptomatt

First time?

cryptomatt

Looks like you need iron. Have you checked your soil ph recently?

cryptomatt

That's certainly lack of water. It's all uniform throughout. If it was grubs you can walk around and pull it up like carpet

cryptomatt

The only Samsung I've ever really liked was ironically the Note 7 which they took from me lol

cryptomatt

Getting early has been the norm for me over the years.

In hardware, which is the same for all the phones for years.
