I see the MIT degree really pays for itself.
cryptoxiv
Actually, even after adobe does. Ain't that nifty?
cryptoxiv
In a way, yes. The plug will not affect us. If the games were cassettes, flashpoint is a box of cassettes with a cassette player.
cryptoxiv
Yeah, there are different standalone players in flashpoint. Some games don't play well with different versions.
cryptoxiv
I'm not too sure how avast works, but there might be an exception setting where you can prevent it from tampering with flashpoint.
cryptoxiv
What do you mean? There's literally nothing? Sounds like a shredded xml.
cryptoxiv
Oh, turns out it's the same game with different alternate titles on different websites.
cryptoxiv
Yeah, that seems to be the case. I think they plan to make it a lightweight plugin in order to support all those archived files.
cryptoxiv
Your antivirus ate it, I think.
cryptoxiv
Give it time, it eventually will. Hopefully.
cryptoxiv
Try the new release, this should be fixed. Edit: Or turn off on-demand images.
cryptoxiv
Yeah, turns out it's a bug. Try turning off on-demand images. That should help. (As far as I know, the new fix will be rolled out with a new release)
cryptoxiv
Yeaah, I have no idea what's wrong here. Could you hit the discord server?
cryptoxiv
Well, there is ruffle.
cryptoxiv
Okay, this might sound stupid, but did you extract all of it?
cryptoxiv
:0 Are you a system admin or something? So tech savvy.
cryptoxiv
There's updaters for Ultimate, but for Infinity, you gotta download the whole thing. (Though, in theory, you could just update a couple xmls so that you don't have to download the whole thing again, but you might probably need to)
cryptoxiv
I think you could ask for it to be added as an alternate version, but yeah, they mostly try to seek originals instead.
cryptoxiv
I kinda miss the old sites with their recommendations, ratings and comments, though.
cryptoxiv
Never mind, it's kinda weird. There's no 404s or links it seeks. No idea what's weird with it.
PCSX2 supports CHD now, which compresses better than gzip and doesn't require the building of a reference index (which can be as large as 50 mb).
