You can find Khajiit caravans selling this and amber ore. Use the quicksave > punch > reload to reset inventory.

I forget if you need to complete the questline first, but it is always a guaranteed 1 of each per reset.

If you just want to read a map, I believe Bluetooth earpieces would be a better fit. I know Google Maps at least have audio directions.

The enchanted warhammer does elemental/magic damage. Armor rating doesn't affect magic damage; you will need magic resistance to protect you as well. Also, blocking with a dagger is practically useless from my experience.

If you specced into an assassin build, Shadow Warrior makes quick work of him. Otherwise, try tempering your armor and weapons with Smithing and use Alchemy potion buffs.

I am not sure why you need pearlfish, but try using the fish hatchery to spawn more.
