Where does KDaT come from?

I took math 61, and I TAed comp 61, and I can tell you for sure that they are completely different classes. Math 61 is essentially an intro to proofs and higher level math; you most likely won't cover any big-O notation. Comp 61 is more compsci focused and (slightly) less theoretical. Honestly, when choosing between the two, choose it based on the teacher. Glaser, Boghosian, and Kye Taylor are all great teachers for it.

Isn't this directly from archer?

Easily one of the best services for cleaning up the menu bar!

Rising Junior here, let me see if I can address some of your questions:

  1. "Excited about learning" is the reason that they admit most (if not all) of the students! Academic apathy is pretty much nonexistent, though there are some who try to do the least amount of work to accomplish as much as possible.
  2. It is cliquey, but it's not hard to interact with different groups. Most clubs, friend groups, etc. are very welcoming actually. Most importantly, there is not a social hierarchy. For example, at many schools, the top of the ladder may be fraternity brothers or varsity sports players, but at Tufts we don't really feel that way about social ladders.
  3. Nerds, primarily. Also, one of the most politically correct places on earth, so prepare yourself for that. Lastly, it's a pretty big stereotype that you are either going to Tufts as ED, or because you were rejected from the Ivy leagues.
  4. I go into Boston a ton and interact with other schools quite a it, and while there isn't much animosity between schools, there isn't an overwhelming amount of love too. You really only see inter-school interactions when it comes to sports or competitive clubs. We at Tufts kids to rag on BU quite a bit though.

I used 1 27" monitor and it fit just fine. I highly recommend taking off the bookshelf from the desk to give you more vertical space.

Actually considering downgrading from the iOS 9 beta to the 8.4 beta just to not have to wait for the iOS 9 update

Interviews only help, but not having them doesn't hurt. The best advice I ever got was "don't try to be unique; be authentic." It really shows in your essays who you are, so don't try to give them the most unique story, but rather an essay that really says a lot about who you are.

"But father, I swear! The Lord himself came down and dictated this very scripture! Please, reconsider, I beg you!"

Pope Francis wasn't having any of this nonsense; he would not be fooled by this heretic trying to create a biblical addendum. He closed the door behind Ms. James, who was slumping away.

"This is real! I'll show him..." she thought, as a plan took shape in her head.

2 years later...

"Ms. James, you've GOT to tell me about this book that is sweeping the nation!" exclaimed Oprah. "It's like God himself wrote it!"

"You have no idea..." began Ms. James

And thus, 50 Shades of Grey became one of the best selling books in history.

As far as buying it, look at refurbished macs. I did it a few months ago for a 15" rMBP and got a great deal, and the computer itself runs and looks brand new.

Every time Hashi banged his head on the desk, I cringed a little from how much that mustve hurt.
