There are a lot of people in the US with bullshit jobs created in the 2011-2021 bull market. With stagnant pay, many also do gig economy work on the side for Uber/etc.
Things like this are exactly the “small revenges” that you see with people who work fast food/retail/etc—pushed pretty close to their limit every day at work, so they try to take it out on “the man”.

Add a small Ubuntu VM to Unraid, install Docker, Portainer, some other random apps on it, tell teen “here’s your server”.
Bonus: Tell them you’ll help build when they earn some money to buy some of their own hardware.
On your point about “my dad didn’t lock his up”—that was presumably when media (of all kinds) was a lot less personalized. A teen finding an old copy of Playboy is a lot different than finding out a parent’s favorite adult genres. People used to have (non-porn) DVD collections out on display around their TV, but probably wouldn’t want everyone knowing their binge some trashy Netflix shows every weekend.

I don't see any reference to it on the TigerVPN site. Perhaps it's just the one concurrent connection referenced by Stacksocial, as opposed to more offered directly?
