Only an extremely miniscule portion of humanity is "remembered" (has a legacy) one generation after their death. Once the people who knew and survived you are dead too, so is your "legacy"- if it even lasts that long. I try to do the right thing and treat people well not because I want to leave a positive legacy, but because for me it's the right way to live and be happy with my life and choices.

Medicore (or worse) men build themselves monuments to commemorate their own self-perceived legacy while they're alive. Great men have monuments built to honor their legacy after they're gone.

I'm always genuinely confused when I read the many recurring comments about thigh rubbing and chaffing. I'm 6'2 and 185 lbs, with fairly muscular upper legs my entire adult life. I have never experienced any of this thigh rubbing or chaffing that seems to demand special protective underwear (aka, boxer briefs). I have a normal gait, and don't walk like Yosemite Sam. Why are so many guys apparently kindling thigh fires in the course of their ordinary daily movement? 🤷‍♂️

Yeah, the bigger for me makes it practical to wear 24/7. The smaller was ok for short stints, but would become uncomfortable after awhile.

I don't remember what the IM bikini briefs looked like, but you can't go wrong with the Jockey Elance classics. They've been a staple since at least the 70s?, back when they came in that plastic tube. My only suggestion is to size up one, because they run snug IMO.

Just do it. Buy yourself 8+ pairs and throw out or donate whatever other underwear you have now to avoid the temptation to keep wearing them. Full commit, no backsies.

Classic Jockey Ys are the best! Though I prefer and wear mostly white, I love their stripes and have that same pair too.

Yes. As an otter who's been to underwear nights at several bars, you would definitely not be the only bear there. If anything, depending on the establishment, you might very well be in the majority. Regardless, I'd encourage you to do it and not regret not doing it.
