I think an interesting direction would be to give assault an access to parts of every other kit, possibly with reduced base ammo count for example: support mini backpack, slam mines, tracer dart. This along with expanded grenade access would let you tailor assault to different roles on the battlefield and be a jack of all trades

Shredder pair to guard areas with leapers, bit of spice with shredders flushing targets out for the leaper to pounce on and leapers driving people into buildings with shredders 

Extra medals and possibly samples would be a better idea. Either a % or set numbers extra and make it clearly advertised 

Automatic donation to the station when at max capacity at the end of a mission? 

Hopefully a shift to less flat designs, move back to some more classic Star Trek looks and de-genericify designs by un-flattening them 

I like it as a fun starliner design for early diplomatic missions. I wonder if it might be more balanced with the deflector in the middle and passenger tower below it?

Also worth thinking about how you would support a friend, family member or even colleague if you heard them speaking to themselves the same way. Then try and use that to flip around your self talk and challenge your self to be compassionate as well. 

Perhaps a new TOS series could act as a bridging series, getting us back to stories about either different ships, or different ships called enterprise with each season spending time with the B then C and other crews in those timeframes 

I think they could do a TOS show but just tell new stories that happened in between the ones we have already seen from the original. 

I always wonder if there’s a definition of cruel short lives, they could be hundreds of years long by human standards and it’s greed for near immortality that drove the war. The cancer element could have been age related, something that slowly crippled them or anything else. 

I find the idea interesting that they could have had massive yet somewhat painful (not perfect) lifespans but were still jealous which drove them to give up their soul - makes it a bit more tragic/ironic 

Could you set up an automation to just text when you arrive at X location without any input from you? Maybe even another condition of when leaving Y

Fikrul is sort of semi dead, would be interesting if he could be raised along with the scorn, cleanse them in light and bring about the light chosen eliksni that way

But your adding weight with that bigger less efficient battery which will further reduce range. Doesn’t sound like they would be that effective for bikes etc at this stage at least

It’s a nice twist on the original, I’m curious how it would look with the nacels a little higher (they look a little low) and more copper highlights alongside red/orange highlights in the machinery to tie it to the OG while still having that retro feel

Love the tweaks though would be great to see it line up with the SNW enterprise. I know it’s a redesign but it’s a beautiful rendition of the constitution and the added textures could really add character to this cross field variant

I think the effect is not so much a multiversal jump as a time fracture, two possible presents occupying the same space due to the artifact.

I saw it as adding another wrinkle into how time and multiple dimensions worked.

This is speculation, but on reflection it opens up the possibility that the artifacts can maybe do more than jump dimensions, letting people interact with the universe in a totally different way possibly shaping it as they see fit, based on choosing probability creating their personal utopia, though as I say speculation on this last part.

It’s been a while since I did that mission, but I think the quest implies/states it’s a localised effect and whichever reality you pick becomes real to your universe rather than you jumping to a new one.

It’s worth checking with council housing department. If you’re going to be homeless and need space for two kids you may well be eligible for a speedier path through the housing system.

Something like a local citizens advice bureau likely has a housing/benefits specialist who may be able to help more than a website will. Similarly they may be able to help you expenses/budgeting advice in other ways.

I think shifting the style and having a design renaissance makes some sense. Star Trek ships have been becoming flatter and longer for a long time, lessening the iconic silhouette of federation ships.

Using more retro designs could be an effort to bring back a more visually unique style rather than the flatter triangle ship design had kind of moved to.

I’m watching through just now and it felt very natural to me. No real big fan fare, just part of the show/story - these are people in love the future is accepting and positive (something other parts of disco didn’t show positivity in as well as it could I suppose, but over all I’ve enjoyed it)

I like the axe, more distinct and axes are tools as well as weapons which fits a prime well.

Maybe not a remake, but I wouldn’t mind the idea of a series that just told more stories in between the ones we already have - like a season 1.5 and so on. But only after plenty strange new worlds.
