I live in Manvel - Pomona/Del Bello and Valencia all feed to Manvel HS while Meridiana feeds to Iowa Colony.

It’s the sticks and it takes a while to get used to the lighting ordinances (hella dark at night). But the infrastructure will continue to develop around the city, though it’ll likely never scale up to West Pearland as a comp.
