Nothing has changed in regards to any of the bull theses for AI and especially the shortage of memory. There will be normal price swings. This is not just a frenzy fueled market event, though it is that too. It will be volatile. However, it will keep going up for the next 6-12 months at a minimum.

When there are large downward swings, it’s due to reallocations of capital within not just the companies DRAM is comprised of, but the wider AI sector, and market as a whole.

Stop loss hunting is a very real thing market makers do to capture easy liquidity from people trying to avoid losses beyond their comfort zone. Meanwhile, the rest of the market is buying the dip. Soon enough, though share price, rebounds, and money piles back into the stock and the same people who sold for a loss will start buying back in at a higher price and continue pushing share price up.

DRAM is the way. Best exposure to all the key players in the sector. You can look at the quick growth and think damn I missed the boat but this is driven the same as MU and SNDK, it’s just gonna keep going until something massive shifts sentiment. SK markets are closed today which could be interesting for the price, maybe a dip (e.g. buying opportunity). Either way, this thing has long legs well for the rest of 2026 at a minimum.

Did he ever speak to the people who were hoping for a squeeze? Did he, or any shareholder meeting, or announcement from GameStop, ever indicate that they were intent on that? No, they even warned against volatility plays. Have you read all the DD’s? The existential risk a GME squeeze potentially poses to the financial system is of a catastrophic magnitude. No one was ever going to let it happen.

All that being said, maybe it will happen. Let’s see what happens when they have to locate all the shares to convert them into the name of the holding company.
