Kid at the table in Terrified

Even if she was, who gives a shit? She could be up there doing fat ass rails off the bench. Makes no difference to her claims or her experience.

Same, I also always make a capital i with a little line at the top and bottom to differentiate it from lowercase L. Even typing it out is confusing because this typeface doesn't do it...

Silvia Federici's Caliban and the Witch, Junji Ito's Venus in the Blindspot, Chris Whitaker's All the Colors of the Dark, and American Pastoral, which isn't horror but feels like it at times.

Just bought this this morning! Either this is a weird coincidence or my phone is paying very close attention to everything I do.

Single person. If I wait until the bag is completely full I could get down to 1 bag every 3 weeks. I need to start composting because it's often coffee grounds and eggshells and banana peels that make me need to take it out even when the bag is only a third full. And I usually put recycling out about once a month, letting it build up until I have a full bag of plastic and a couple boxes of cardboard.

I hate everything about this video.

Oh hey I just happened to stumble upon this exact kit while browsing other ones online, here ya go: Dreamy Book Hall | Piano Library DIY Miniature Kit with Touch LEDs – NookSpirit https://share.google/dSYZUcjIETLvvYejn

New stuff: all the DC Absolute stuff is great, particularly Absolute Wonder Woman and Absolute Batman. Old stuff: I finally got around to reading Old Man Logan and it was really fun. My only complaint is I wanted way more of the T Rex/symbiote.

I loved the aesthetic and the atmosphere but I admit I was quite bored and didn't finish it. It felt like a big missed opportunity.

As far as I'm concerned, skunks always have the right of way. I walk to work in the early morning and I pretty routinely see skunks out on their skunk business and I definitely give them 30 to 40 feet to get where they're going before I go on my way.

I can't be crying at work like this please stop

I thought it was Bill Pullman until he started on the eyes.

deepfield67

The Mayfair Witch books are awesome.

deepfield67

Sorry I kept meaning to respond when I got home so I could look and then kept forgetting. It doesn't have a manufacturer on the instruction booklet, I guess it's Chinese, but it says "DIY mini house: Dreamy Book Hall"

deepfield67

Aww not stupid at all, they're playing!

deepfield67

What a spaz ❤️

deepfield67

I'd swoon.

Can you imagine getting rid of a cat because it loves you too much? That's monstrous.

deepfield67

That sucks, I'm sorry. That's just bad bedside manners. It's amazing how much more comfortable a medical procedure can be if your caretakers simply take a few minutes to explain things properly.

deepfield67

I think what was really helpful was not having any idea of the scale of difficulty when I started it. I didn't really look ahead in the instructions. It did seem like a lot of pieces, 20 full sheets of parts, but I didn't even examine the image of the completed project, so I had no idea what it was supposed to look like when finished.

Are you talking about the contrast dye for an MRI? I've had this too, feels hot all over your body and especially down in the nether regions. Really weird sensation, definitely feels like you're peeing yourself. I was warned, otherwise I might have freaked out a little.

deepfield67

It's the first one I've made. She's been sending me pictures of completed ones she's seen online for months and finally asked if she bought one if I'd assemble it for her. She bought two, this one for her and another for me that I haven't unboxed yet. Can't wait to do another one!

I think there were around 100, I spent most of the first day on them lol, then once I realized they were almost all going to go on the shelves in groups of 4 or 5 I spent a couple hours just gluing little groups together.
