You can configure DNF to automatically find and use the fastest or closest mirror by adding fastestmirror=True to your /etc/dnf/dnf.conf file

It always helps when they come across reviews. They may not actually check the feed just before they are heading to the shop but whatever they see will help them when they do

Starting a new insta channel eh ?

Got a Garmin Montana 750i. It has everything (on and off road) and also has in-reach built in. It’s made for rugged terrain too. You can get an AMPS mount and mount it (or any standard ram X grip should work). Powered it with a 5v usb

Saw a similar one Toyota Walnut Creek CA. Who prices a used car more than brand new from Tesla !!?

Looks nice. I would like to try one - do you also have a insta (thread) version? Many have moved to insta from GoPro

Setting the 12v fuse to ignition-only will help stopping the drain when the truck is not running.
desidahi
I can look up the exact fuse - but the fuse for that 12v port on the dash (just above + behind) the screen - has to be moved to the slot next to it so the 12v lighter socket is not powered when the truck if turned off.
desidahi
Note that the 12v by default is always powered on. Lost many batteries and suffered a ton because of that. Changed the fuse to make it disconnect when powered off has stabilized my truck

Take a noise-canceling headphone - so it’s less noisy, can make/take phone calls and listen to music while keeping the top open. Lots of water, of course and find parkways instead of freeways. Carry a puncture kit and tire inflator.

I use it for commute and where I am, lane splitting is legal and I can do it fine with GW. It’s the easiest to ride and worry free (esp with DCT)

I had same issue. Turned out that the diff went bad and they ended up replacing the axle (rear). Get it checked right away. (2025 LL 9K miles)

The airbag version uses up the cubby/charger space. Non airbag versions have a decent one with charging.

The gps app that ducati comes with has corner info and also shows if the road is single or double lane

It expires… sometimes too soon

Yes. Nothing to panic about. It recovers. (Hopefully)

I went from an R1250GSA to an R1300GS.
R1300GS is night and day better -
* the engine is much smoother, and obviously more powerful.
* Tech is way better - Ride Height Assist, ASA, Forward and Rear Collision warning, makes it more safer and useful
* less weight (esp compared to GSA but if you compare R1250GS vs R1300gs, there still significant weight reduction)
* Some modes are standard
if you are looking to not upgrade, thats fine - but if you are, you will notice the difference.
