As a smoker, I agree with you. That looks more like residue from some nasty smoke you wouldn't want to be inhaling, as opposed to combusted organic matter.

Although, I guess if it was used to smoke weed out of, has been years and was relatively clean when put away, I could see maybe a glass joint.

I think for sure it's a repurposed eye dropper. It's really hard to say what for though.

Walk into freezer with wire baking tray, locate box of frozen donuts and proceed to fill tray. Put tray in microwave for a minute or 2, remove and let cool. "Beam" is the name of the original game engine for Rigs of Rods. It is also how they create the soft body physics (j-beam). "NG" stands for Next Generation, as a lot of the devs from RoR went to work on BeamNG and greatly improved the original game engine. So, it stands for Beam Next Generation, iirc.
