Honestly over just this year & last year I traveled to over a dozen cities across three continents outside the americas, plus more layovers, in totally different areas of the world. Out of the thousands of people I passed or encountered only one single obviously deranged individual in two of those countries have been openly hostile to a degree worth mentioning.

Everyone else was kind thoughtful and curious, at least to my face in English and via nonverbal communication.

I personally strongly disapprove of Trump because of his awful actions, and that tends to go over well, since most people can separate governments from individuals as separate entities.

Overall opinions of USians as a general population and country have rightly soured due to our collective bad decisions in voting and the government. Even so, individuals tend to be treated pretty well. Thus, I would say you are making exaggerated assumptions that don’t hold up on the ground with people you’d actually meet in person when traveling.

Try scheduling an appointment with a doctor but be sure to check if they are neurodivergence friendly or are familiar with how Autism and how it differs with women or you could run into doctors who still incorrectly think only nonspeaking boys can be autistic.
