Personally my partner and I had a grim experience at Austen & Blake a few weeks ago, staff member didn't seem at all interested, just threw a few trays of rings at us and completely dismissed us wanting to do custom, saying "they're not refundable" when I asked the question. Not sure why that was their first thought...

We're getting custom rings from Ernest Jones instead - Debra there could not have been more helpful or enthusiastic
