I agree with two bed. But mine was able to open doors as soon as she started walking (tall kid) so I wouldn’t count on that as a solution lol

Got my daughter I explained that she also needed to do it privately. “If you want to touch your vulva, please go to your room or bathroom so you can have some privacy. You need to wash your hands before and after so you don’t get an owie. Remember to be gente”

It’s natural for them to be curious. No need to shame them. Just teach them how to do it safely.

And teach them the real names of their body parts for safety reasons

As others have said, yes. It affects how their central nervous system will develop and usually that means more anxiety, stress, fear, insecurity, etc.

A book called The Body Keeps the Score explains it well.

Seek couples counseling for your health and your baby’s health.

Working in a closet with no access to natural light is a recipe for depression

Remi, Ximena, Zoey are definitely real names. Pearl maybe but I’ve only ever heard it as a dog name.

Oliva appears to be misspelled Olivia?

The rest might be tragedeighs

easterss

Why? It isn’t a permanent change.

Why did your mom stay married to this pos and why didn’t your mom advocate for you

easterss

Has she been assessed for autism or arfid?

Mine needed to be woken up every couple of hours until we learned when she needed to go. That reduced to just once a couple of hours after bedtime and then she was able to hold it or wake herself up to go.

There is a lot of misinformation about ADH / vasopressin because the science is not definitive on whether night training is possible in all children. Some research shows that elementary aged kids who wet the bed have less ADH in their system and this would have to be assessed by a pediatrician or referred specialist.

I think they mean rare to find in that form?

Check out r/buyingforbaby You’ll find a million threads of recs.

Before adding post partum stuff ask your care team what they provide at the hospital. I never needed to buy post partum pads or underwear. I only needed the peri bottle for a day or two and the one from the hospital was fine. They also gave me witch hazel pads and whatever else was needed.

I’d focus on the big stuff and make them group gifts (stroller, car seat, high chair, crib) because those require a lot more research, then add small stuff later.

Most registries have checklists for you to go off of like babylist, wal mart, target, and Amazon so you can see what most people add (bottles, clothes, burp cloths, etc).

How many words does toddler speak? Can he create two word sentences? Has he been evaluated? Does ped have any concerns?

easterss

I think this is the harsh reality. OP can’t afford home schooling.

I would prioritize finding a full time job and then work on the second home. The local school district might hire for substitute teaching, tutors, aids, administration support staff, etc since OP has a history of homeschooling.

The interest on the debt will be crippling if OP can’t make progress on getting it down

Yeah this animal abuse and bad parenting. Horrible all around

easterss

Yep. Age gap big enough to forget how bad it was! (Ours will be 3ish apart and that feels doable atm)

Also therapy and couples therapy and medication and all the tools that might help make the second experience different.

easterss

Yeah I think ES is just in a crappy situation because owners were banning their performances unless M was removed. So a cancellation was very real possibility

Just a heads up if your kid isn’t saying 50 words and 2 word sentences you may be referred to speech therapy at 24 months.
