Wegovy is semaglutide. Zepbound/Mounjaro is tirzepatide. Zepbound is for weight loss for non diabetics. Mounjaro is for diabetics. They are the exact same drug. They do the exact same things. Due to the FDA, insurance, and billing the indications are different.

I'd also recommend against (& my doctor does too) compounded medications. Many online places that promise compounded are being sued. Hims & Hers, etc. When compounded, the dosages cannot be guaranteed & other things can be added that aren't necessary or could interfere with the meds.

I hate curry with a passion! It's the only thing other than cilantro that I feel very strongly about. It's not racist or racism, but it's prevalence is also why I don't like a lot of Thai or Indian food. And I'm Asian.

Usually open to trying new things but, I have to admit northern European food is not very popular here in San Antonio, Texas. We do, however, have a rich, & prevalent German, Czech, & Asian influence (particularly Filipino) & history here. Spanish/Mexican goes without saying.

So to further that, many people have disappearing messages, that self destruct. However, let's say that your device is under surveillance. Not hacked, but someone (boss, co-worker, parent, significant other, government, other person/entity, etc.) monitors your activity. Maybe it's not even that, just you're very concerned about privacy. Whatever the case, just having an open chat can be an issue because if someone opens the app and sees chats from certain people, or anyone, it could be bad.

Maybe you're a whistleblower, media person, buying/selling illicit items, cheating on your SO, doing corporate espionage, or actual government espionage, whatever the case, if someone looks at your phone and sees the app, basically all they see is a blank message area. They may see a contact list, but that's easy to explain away if you import your contacts. Plus, if it's at that level, you probably don't have whoever you're communicating with in in your phone as a real name. Or at least you probably shouldn't.

I don't know what's it's like to live under an oppressive government that can scan your electronic activity at will. But I do know apps like Telegram perform a vital service for those who do. When you are literally facing death (or worse) as a consequence of sending or receiving information, those who are seriously privacy minded, may need this. Obviously not all the features of an app are going to be used by all, or even frequently. But at least you know it's there if you need it

It's likely they will have counselors there for staff and students. Take advantage. I 100% know that there are other teachers at your school who would pitch in while you talk to someone.

I am so sorry that this happened. Nothing I can say is going to be adequate. It is always very tough to lose someone around the holidays. No doubt there are gifts that are already wrapped and under the tree for him. I can't even imagine what his family is feeling right now.
