This isn't exactly what you're asking, but when Red Dead Online got patched to work on Linux during covid, it was like a Christmas miracle (too bad RDO is hot hacker garbage these days)

This is still the case for Bookworm, as of 10:50am EST, at least when hosted on Amazon lightsail

They literally just showed up in my 22.04 server a minute ago

Yep, got mine yesterday

It's very interesting you say this. As someone that has become a James Bond fan this year, I, too, have made the exact same comparison of the shield plus to the ppk.

For the freezing, yeah. Have to remove the DKMS driver, and the freezing stopped. of course, this means I can't use it for my dual-monitors, so I haven't tried using it in a long time.

Over the past few years, I've tried off and on to use a DisplayLink USB hub to get multimonitor working. Inevitably, the kernel will crash at some point.

No CALs needed. As long as you don't have windows server in your infrastructure, there is no licensing required. I run several domains with all windows endpoints on samba.

Flip Video. This was popular for a hot minute and then GoPro took over.

They're still around, they're just all plastic now

I was literally just trying to remember the name of these. Looks like candy but isn't candy

You can get a Bluetooth hid proxy. The flipper pairs to the receiver, rather than the computer. But getting a mousejackable Logitech receiver might be better

Is the remote server on AWS/light sail, by chance?

Same boat here. Almost 7. Sometimes he can make it through the night, other times no.

Same here - I remember when this was announced earlier and mine wasn't initially included. It is now.

I use VVV - virtual volumes view. https://www.fsoft.it/VVV/
Mine tracks data from about 80 offline hard disks in my collection. It lets you search your catalog, and also navigate through the directory structure without the disks being attached.

I commented elsewhere, but I want to chime in - yes, this fits what I remember. This was the first time I saw ASMR spelled out and explained. https://web.archive.org/web/20260000000000*/asmr-research.org

yes, particularly if the video is long and has lots of different triggers.

I forget the year, but I remember when a group on YouTube made a website and started the whole ASMR name
EDIT: It was this. This website was the first time I remember seeing the term ASMR and spelled out as Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. I remember realizing that the name itself was just made up, but for lack of something better it fit. https://web.archive.org/web/20260000000000*/asmr-research.org

Shad sh23 cases. Versatile beyond what you need, but lock and are secure and dont scream out that there could be a gun in there. Not cheap, though.

I've had instances where one refresh of the page shows fewer hits, and then refreshing again corrects it. I've always had this problem. Whenever I need to check the dashboard, I refresh at least twice to make sure the numbers are consistent. I suspect it's a timing issue with the browser rendering the page.
I've also seen where wazuh must be re-assessing vulnerabilities. The counts will go really low, and then will climb back up as I refresh. This is pretty rare.

Scene from Space Cases where Rosie gets a neck massage. I had it taped, so I would rewind and watch over and over.

Literally did the 8-9 upgrade myself last week. Followed the documentation. Went smoothly.
I cannot say yet if it's helpful beyond "yet another therapy", but if you're nervous about ABA given it's history - you need to talk to the practice, talk to the therapists, and feel it out. What we ended up with is a rather unique ABA. There are goals to meet, but it's still very child-led, and the therapists are extremely flexible. My wife is there with the kid and the therapist for almost all sessions and they have no problem with this. (This is unlike a previous place we checked out that was adamant that there would be sessions where we were not allowed to go, even to observe. )
Be skeptical. Be cautious. But also investigate and get a feel for it, if you think it's something that may help you. Not all practices are the same and you may find one that's a good fit. Do not settle for one that isn't.
