The anti-cheat also detects ban evasion, so if it registers a banned save attempting to reconnect on a different connection, it will ban that connection and any other saves registered to it.

You don't have to tell how the ban evasion detection works, but I hope you guys aren't using IP to detect ban evasion, cause there are places that don't use static IP.

I only mention this because OP mentioned testing in Windows Sandbox, but I don't have deep knowledge about Windows Sandbox, like whether it has different hardware IDs and stuffs compared to host or not.

Can confirm, stuck in Ultra for quite a long time before I finally got into Master last season luckily.

Was it the situation where they don't even let you recover it? If it is, try login/binding that account on an Android phone.

I was previously in the situation of being totally locked out of my alt without any ways to recover it on PC, and then I read of this method somewhere and was able to recover it. So, worth a try.
