Regarding nutrition, do you mean macro intake or calories/day?

Im on 5x5 stronglifts, and im supposed to lift on mon, wed, fri. Ive been on this program for 3 months, but my muscles never recover fast enough. If i lift for example random number 100 lbs on monday, i can only do 5x5 with 85 lbs on wed. This goes against the program, and in 3 months it didnt get better.

How could I speed up recovery? Should I just do it mon thu sat for example or does that defeat the point of the program?

You would imagine they could do better when their game makes $150 million a year just on the apple store. Probably the same on android.
