It's very team dependent, but I would say its a decent tank. One light tank behind you can ruin your day, but otherwise it has great map presence. Other days its an XP pinata.

Good god.

Yo same! I was an I-school kid, was planning to go to Toronto to finish HS and Uni but never ended up going. My parents, despite both being HK residents, really only communicated with me mostly in English while growing up. I only spoke 3 words in canto before uni, 'thanks', 'cha siu fan', and 'bus stop'. Ended up in CityU, and made an effort to learn more canto and immersion really helped me pick up the language to communicate better. Ended up staying for work and been 3 years in the workforce now.
Anyway, I would consider myself a HKer. I would consider you an HKer. The percentage of people who go to an I-school and stay in Hong Kong is abysmally low (2 out of 120 people in the graduating class stayed in HK), so it's quite hard to find people 'like you'.
Just consider yourself a 'rare' person with an interesting background, haha. If you want to chat, feel free to DM.

Used to work in KT.. terrible traffic. Even with the waiting for 15 minutes, I'd still somehow make it back to Mong Kok faster than any KMB or walk + MTR would, and it's a guaranteed seat compared to KMB's stand n' squeeze during peak 6pm. Bless red vans honestly.

Actually, its weird how NA doesn't have minibuses. I don't understand LPG much and whether NA has this infrastructure, but I can think of one immediate problem, no disability access.
Could use those medium HK sized schoolbus / coaches though, those tend to have space for a wheelchair. But then the cost per bus shoots way, way up.

I respect the grind man, keep at it. Was it hard to get a minibus license?

Funny thing is, if you were deploying an EAT you'd have hardly any time. The hellbomb really gave you a sense of impending doom, huh.

Aww man, would have loved to be there. Hope it was great!
Any where I can find 90s eurodance/eurobeat/trance music in general in Fukuoka/Osaka?

Seoul Bros.
Used to get that for my post gym protein. Rest in peace.
Flying Pan, Calimex too.
faikwansuen
Thank you. I miss Flying Pan so bad!
Calimex is also another one of my faves, solely for the breakfast burrito bowl. Nothing comes close now.

2 peeps here, mid 400s sq ft 2BD.
We have 3 geckos and 2 snakes so we likely have at least 3 AC each doing 8 hours each depending which room we're in at the time (or 1 on while we're out during hot summer days for the pets). Throw in a mid-range desktop computer and average power usage, our bill last 2 months was just over 2,000 HKD.
It does down quite a lot during winter despite us having heat lamps for the pets, but it's part of the pet costs (pretty low maintenance otherwise).

Great idea!

(Disclaimer: Hong Kong based Construction/interior fit-out PM here, 3 years in industry)
Coming from a business background, there are a lot of technical gaps in terms of design terminology, mechanical/engineering that I didn't get exposed to during my business degree. The only feedback I can give is that the more you self-study and learn on the job, the easier it becomes.
Other PM colleagues from a proper engineering background said that getting a masters degree absolutely didn't help them day to day.
I could elaborate on my experience but I'm not too sure what consumer goods PM is like (apart from possibly like prototyping / design iteration / rollout process)

Also people playing at higher difficulties generally tend to be Lvl 150/100+ who have maxed out their samples/upgrades and don't need to get anymore, so the mindset isn't there and a lot of us don't go out of the way to grab them.
faikwansuen
I find at D7 bugs it is chill enough to actually max out common samples and for the team to reasonably split up and still not get overwhelmed. It's easier to farm commons this way, YMMV.

Because Central Yards seems much more closer to completion, Moko expansion doesn’t even have structural beams or anything really down yet, think they’ve been driving foundation somethings for the last year or so

Based out of MK and have many 5E books collecting dust and could join 👍🏻

Bryon Bay out of accommodation in the winter??
How? That is wild.
Working my way from Melbourne to Sydney myself right this minute!

And here I thought 14k on the recon map was pretty neat. What's your plans for all that sludge?
faikwansuen
Use your portals and put down more towers and double walls.
16 turrets is very sufficient for holding out an area (a box shape) if you go and kite. I use a rough ratio of 4 shotgun, 4 missile, 4 artillery, and for the last four, mix of flamer and acid. This is for outposts holding crucial territory or constantly attacked areas. Make sure you put down a radar and when unlocked, repair stations to keep your buildings healthy.
You can go down to 8-10 for less attacked areas, or even just 4 for a token defense in long stretches of wall to buy you time.
Attacks you cannot reduce from my understanding.

Life saver 4 years later, thanks OP.
May you always be lucky in your map gen rolls. :)

As someone who lived there growing up prior to MTR, waiting for the 592 after school was kinda hell. Glad it has the MTR/better connectivity now.
Miss the boat horns.
Was going to say, I still have a clip of a bile titan tanking my entire RR backpack from year 1 of release.
